TaskSense by Cordyna keeps your team's work moving. Give a task in seconds, see who is on it, and know what needs you today, all from your phone.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
My Day shows what matters now: tasks due today, what is overdue, and what is waiting for you, whether that's an approval, a deadline extension request, or inputs a colleague needs. Tap a number to open the list behind it.

GIVE AND TRACK TASKS
• Create a task with a deadline, checklist, files and the people doing it
• Follow progress: not started, in progress, done, or waiting for approval
• Approve finished work or send it back with a note
• Answer deadline extension requests with one tap
• Comment on any task and attach photos or documents

PROJECTS
Group tasks into projects, see how far each has got, and spot work running past its deadline.

SEARCH EVERYTHING
Find any task, comment or teammate as you type. Search matches task titles, descriptions, checklist items, file names and clients. Filter by Tasks, Comments or People, and pick up where you left off with recent searches.

YOUR TEAM
• See everyone in your company with their photo, role and department
• Open a teammate's profile to see their tasks for today, this week, the last 7 days or this month
• Admins can add and edit people, set department, job title and manager, and switch login access on or off

REPORTS
Managers and admins get a team performance view: tasks assigned, done, done on time, and overdue for each person, for any period.

CORDY, YOUR ASSISTANT
