Turnsweep reads the booking calendar you already publish, works out the gap between one guest leaving and the next arriving, and hands that gap to your cleaner as a job with a list attached.

No spreadsheet. No group chat where the address is three messages above the time.

The schedule builds itself Connect the calendar export from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or anything else that publishes iCalendar. Every changeover becomes a turnover with the checkout time, the next arrival, and how long the clean is expected to take. A booking made overnight is on the schedule by morning without anybody opening the app.

Same-day changeovers are flagged The tight ones are the ones that go wrong. A guest leaving at eleven and another arriving at three is not a normal day, and Turnsweep says so before it is today.

Your cleaner gets the job, not your account Invite them with a link or a QR code. They see the work assigned to them, the address, the window and the list, and nothing else about your properties or your other cleaners.

Checklists per property, with photographs Build the list once for each place. Tasks are grouped by room, and any of them can require a photograph before it can be ticked off. Photographs are taken in the app and arrive with the completed clean.

A task they could not do A cleaner who finds a blocked drain or a missing key can mark the task as impossible with a reason, instead of leaving it unticked and unexplained.

It works with no signal Basements, stairwells, rural properties. Everything is stored on the device first and syncs when there is a connection, so a clean is never lost because the wifi was not.

The record afterwards Every finished clean keeps what was ticked, what could not be, the photographs, and the conversation about it. Named with whoever finished it.

Free for one property One property, with every single feature on it, permanently. No card, and nothing counting down. The paid plan lifts the property limit and changes nothing else. Cleaners never pay, on either plan.
