Zoora IQ is a delivery and courier booking app. Send packages across town or arrange multi-stop routes—with flexible payment and real-time tracking from request to delivery.

BOOK THE WAY YOU NEED • Direct delivery — Pickup at one location, dropoff at another
• Multi-stop routes — Source → relay → final destination for handoffs, returns, or complex deliveries
• Book on behalf of others — Only the booker needs an account. For each shipment, you provide contact details for senders and receivers so couriers can coordinate pickup and delivery

FLEXIBLE PAYMENTS • Choose who pays — sender, receiver, or you as the booker
• Pay delivery fees and cash on delivery (COD) in cash where those options apply
• Clear pricing estimates based on your selected zones and route
• Refunds and adjustments handled according to our policies when a shipment is cancelled or adjusted

STAY INFORMED • Live shipment tracking and status updates from request through delivery
• Push notifications about your shipments and account activity
• View your shipment history in one place
• Manage saved addresses and account settings

PACKAGE & DELIVERY DETAILS • Add optional package information—description, weight, reference number, fragile handling, or declared value
• Select pickup and delivery locations using zones and map coordinates
• If a dropoff address is not yet known, couriers can contact the parties involved to confirm it before or during delivery

SAVE AS YOU SHIP • Apply coupon codes for delivery fee discounts
• Subscription plans with priority service and savings
• Refer a friend and participate in our referral program

YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

To provide the Services, Zoora collects and uses information such as your account details (name, username, phone, and email where provided), region preferences, delivery addresses and coordinates, contact details for senders and receivers on your bookings, package details you choose to provide, shipment status, cash payment and COD records, device and push notification tokens, and technical data needed to secure and improve the app.

We use this information to operate the platform—including pricing, assignment, tracking, and notifications—process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, communicate about your shipments, and resolve disputes. We may share information with service providers (such as hosting, maps, routing, and messaging partners) and with delivery partners (tenants, couriers, and admins handling your shipment) as needed to complete your delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. The Services are not directed at children under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
