Slowave ON is a sleep recovery service made of a wearable EEG device (a sensor and its case) and this app. The app works only with a Slowave ON device. Wear the device, sleep as usual, and see how your night went in the app when you wake up.

WHY SLOWAVE ON
What we really want to know isn't how many hours you slept. Sleep is when your brain and body recover. The Slowave ON device continuously measures your brain activity and heart signals before and during sleep, and the app shows recovery-related indicators so you can see how last night compared with your usual.

WHY "ON"?
ON is the moment you wake up recovered and switch on your day. We built Slowave ON on the idea that good sleep is not the goal itself, but how you get ready to live tomorrow well.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Connect your device: Register your Slowave ON device in the app to record and monitor your sleep every day. Measurement runs automatically without your phone, and you can view the results in the app.
• Detailed, easy-to-read results: See your overnight sleep data in graphs, with a daily insight summarized in plain language.
• Know your sleep pattern: Does your sleep change so much from night to night that it's hard to tell what's normal for you? Your last three recordings are combined to reveal your pattern, and it updates when your sleep changes.
• Join the journey: Follow a sleep improvement journey built on your own pattern. Learn through quiz-style sleep lessons, then build habits with missions made for you.
• Everything in one place: Device guides, how to read your results, device status, and your journey progress, all in one app.
