RECORD OR IMPORT
Film a lift with the built in camera, capture slow motion at 120 or 240fps where your phone supports it, or import a video from your gallery. Slow playback to a quarter speed and step through one frame at a time, with pinch to zoom and a long press loupe.

MARK YOUR REPS
Scrub the timeline and mark the start and end of each rep, then drag the edges to fine tune. Auto detect suggests rep boundaries for you. Tag every lift by movement so your library stays organised.

COMPARE LIFTS
The heart of SetSync. Side by side, overlay with adjustable opacity, or ghost mode. Velocity chips on each side show whose bar moved faster. Anchor two moments together for an exact match regardless of tempo. Compare today against your best set ever, or this week against last month.

MULTI ANGLE CAPTURE
Pair with another phone, Android or iPhone, and record the same lift from two angles in lockstep. Angles link automatically, play back in a synced grid, and two views combine into a 3D bar path.

BAR VELOCITY (VBT)
SetSync reads true bar speed from your video using the detected plate as a real world scale. Per rep mean and peak velocity, range of motion, and velocity loss with a fatigue cutoff flag. Load velocity profiles chart your speed at every weight and estimate your 1RM. A live m/s readout follows playback and the bar path colours by speed, red through the grind, green when it flies. Replace a dedicated VBT sensor with the phone you already film with.

BAR PATH TRACKING
A purpose trained on device model finds the barbell and traces its path through the whole rep. See lateral drift, sticking points ringed on the trace, and every rep of a set overlaid to spot drift between reps.

OLYMPIC LIFTS (BETA)
Clean, snatch and jerk get a phase breakdown from the bar trajectory: first pull, transition, second pull, catch and recovery, each timed with height gain and peak velocity.

COACHING
Connect to your coach with an invite code. Submit lifts with angles, reps, video and true bar speed per rep, read rated feedback and timestamped comments, follow your assigned program, and track PRs and bodyweight. Coaches get an on phone dashboard plus the full web portal.

PROGRESS TRACKING
Trend any movement three ways: bar speed and rep tempo from tracked video, 1-5 star ratings across Technique, Depth, Bar Path, Speed and Control, or joint angles from pose (beta). Exclude filming exceptions, and see whole library stats: sessions per week, movement mix, rep tempo.

TRAIN WITH FRIENDS
Tag lifts with a friend's name. They stay searchable and trend separately, never mixing into your charts.

WEAR OS
Log heart rate and wrist velocity while you train. Streams sync to your phone and draw as live lanes under your video, an independent cross check on the camera numbers.

SHARE YOUR LIFTS
Export video with the speed coloured bar path and live velocity burned in, share a set card image with your headline numbers, or build a full reel in Forge with captions, speed ramps and transitions. CSV export for your own analysis.

EXPERIMENTAL EXTRAS (BETA)
SetSync can draw a live skeleton with joint angles using on device pose estimation, and score your lift against 44 camera angle aware movement templates. Treat both as a second opinion: results vary with lighting, clothing and camera angle. Everything runs on your phone and no footage is uploaded unless you send it to your coach.
