在此APP中，一輪呼吸分為四個階段：吸氣、吸後閉氣、吐氣、吐後閉氣。每一個階段都可以自訂秒數，隨心所欲，讓您暢意呼吸。若只想吸氣、吐氣，也可以將吸後閉氣、吐後閉氣都設置為0秒。

三、設置時間總長功能：
想呼吸多久，盡在你手，隨意自訂呼吸時間總長度，讓你自在呼吸，無拘無束。

2.Customizable Duration:
Tailor your breathing sessions to your preferences. A complete breathing cycle is divided into four stages: inhalation, breath holding after inhalation, exhalation, and breath holding after exhalation. You have the freedom to adjust the duration of each stage, allowing you to breathe at your own pace. If you prefer a simple inhalation and exhalation practice, you can set the breath hold stages to 0 seconds.

3.Flexible Total Breathing Time:
Take control of your breathing experience by setting the total length of your session. Whether you desire a brief moment of relaxation or an extended period of mindfulness, our app empowers you to customize the duration to suit your needs.
