Melbal is a practical offline farm notebook built first for poultry and extended to cover all common livestock.

Supported species: chickens, roosters, chicks, ducks, geese, turkeys, quail, goats, sheep, cows, pigs, rabbits, horses and custom animals.

This is a record-keeping tool for a real working farm. It is not a game, not a virtual farm, and not a veterinarian.

---

TODAY

Open the app and see your farm at a glance: animal count, feedings, eggs collected, tasks due and recent observations. Quick-action buttons log a feeding, egg collection, weight, observation or task in seconds without navigating through extra screens.

---

ANIMALS AND FLOCKS

Keep individual profiles for valuable birds and livestock, or manage whole groups as flocks. Each record stores name, ID, species, breed, sex, age, weight, location, status and notes. Sold, transferred or deceased animals stay in the archive with their full history.

Flock population changes are saved with a reason. The current count always reflects the latest change; all previous counts remain in history.

---

POULTRY

A dedicated poultry section shows hens, roosters, chicks and active flocks at a glance. See eggs collected today and this week plus feed consumed today. Track incubation batches with hatch rate and chick batches with age in days calculated automatically from the hatch date.

---

EGG PRODUCTION

Log collected, broken and rejected eggs per session. Usable eggs are collected minus broken minus rejected — straightforward arithmetic, not a forecast. The dashboard shows today, this week, this month, daily average, per-period bar chart and eggs per active laying hen.

---

FEEDING, WEIGHT, HEALTH

Record individual or flock feedings with optional inventory deduction and low-stock warnings. Log individual weights or flock sample weights; full history is always accessible. Keep observations, health notes, medication records and mortality as manual entries. The app never diagnoses, never recommends treatment and never calculates dosage.
