African Startup Conference 2026 is the companion app of the 5th edition of the African Startup Conference, held on 5 to 7 December 2026 at the Abdelatif Rahal International Conference Centre in Algiers. Theme of the edition: DEEPTECH, The Real Challenge.

What you can do in the app

- Register: identity, e-mail, mobile number verified by a code, portrait and ID document. Some profiles (VIPs, media, speakers, exhibiting startups) are reviewed by the organisers before a badge is issued.
- Show your badge: a personal, signed QR code checked at the access gates. Once loaded, the badge can be viewed without an Internet connection.
- Browse the programme: three days, by stage and side event, favourites, reminders before sessions, add to your calendar.
- Find your way around the CIC: schematic indoor map on two levels, search by room, deal room, B2B table or stand number.
- Meet other attendees: directory filtered by role, country and sector, 20-minute B2B meeting requests with a table assigned, deal rooms for accredited investors.
- Message: conversations between attendees linked by an accepted meeting, or according to the rules of your profile.
- Exhibitors: reserve a stand for the event, pay by bank transfer against a proforma invoice, download your invoices, invite your team; scan the badges of people you meet, tag and annotate them, export your contact list.
- Stay informed: announcements from the organisers and notifications in the app.

The app is available in French and English.

Your data

An attendee's contact details are shared with another attendee only after an accepted meeting, unless a rule for their profile says otherwise. ID document numbers are encrypted and are never shown to other attendees. Details are in the privacy policy, linked from the store listing.

The app is a tool for registered attendees: most features require an approved registration. The programme and the map can be viewed without an account.
