Feeling overwhelmed by cravings? I've been there. That's why I created Mindful Minutes, a new app to help you navigate those tricky moments. It’s not just another habit tracker, but a compassionate guide in your pocket for when urges feel all-consuming.

Mindful Minutes is based on a powerful, science-backed technique called "urge surfing." Instead of fighting your cravings—a battle that often drains your energy and willpower—this app teaches you how to observe them with curiosity and without judgment. You'll learn to see them for what they are: temporary sensations that rise, peak, and eventually pass, just like a wave in the ocean. It's about mindfulness, not willpower.

When an urge strikes, simply open the app and begin a guided session. Our calming audio and visual cues will walk you through the process of acknowledging the craving, noticing the physical sensations it creates in your body, and breathing through the discomfort until it naturally subsides.

Mindful Minutes is for anyone looking to change their relationship with:

Food cravings and emotional eating

The urge to smoke or vape

Compulsive social media or phone usage

Nail-biting, skin-picking, or other body-focused repetitive behaviors

Any unwanted habit you want to gain control over
