Building Inspection – Smarter Building Inspection & Defect Management

🏢 SIMPLIFY YOUR BUILDING INSPECTIONS

Building Inspection is designed for property management, facility management, maintenance, engineering, and building inspection work.

Record defects, attach photos, mark locations on floor plans, track progress, collaborate with your team, and generate professional reports — all from your Android device.

🔍 RECORD & TRACK INSPECTION ITEMS

Create detailed inspection records with:

• Floor and location
• Date found
• Category and priority
• Problem description
• Handling method
• Person responsible or contractor
• Action taken
• Follow-up and remarks
• Outstanding, Deferred, and Completed status
• Completion date

📷 BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS

Keep clear photographic records throughout the inspection process.

• Add up to 5 problem photos
• Add up to 5 completion photos
• View photos in full screen
• Zoom and swipe between photos

This makes it easy to compare conditions before and after repair work.

📍 MARK DEFECTS ON FLOOR PLANS

Import floor plans and place markers directly on them to identify the exact location of inspection items.

Multiple defects can be recorded on the same floor plan, and marked floor plans can be exported as PDF files for reporting and follow-up.

📊 EXCEL REPORTS & STATISTICS

Export structured Excel reports for further review, filing, and printing.

Reports can include:

• Inspection item details
• Outstanding items
• Deferred items
• Completed items
• In-house and external work
• Category statistics
• Workload statistics
• Completion information

📄 PDF REPORTS

Generate professional PDF documents directly from your inspection records.

Export marked floor plans or create individual Completion Reports containing inspection details, before-and-after photos, responsible persons or contractors, actions taken, and follow-up information.

☁️ GOOGLE DRIVE WORKSPACE

Create or connect to a shared Google Drive workspace to keep inspection information synchronized across devices.

Different access roles help teams work together while controlling what each user can do.

• Owner – manage, edit, delete and synchronize
• Inspector – add, edit and update inspection records
• Viewer – view synchronized inspection information

Inspection records, photos and floor-plan information can be kept together within the workspace.

📈 MONITOR PROGRESS

Quickly review the condition of your inspection work with statistics and status tracking.

See what is still outstanding, what has been deferred, what has been completed, and how work is distributed between in-house staff and external contractors.

🔄 BUILT FOR REAL INSPECTION WORK

Building Inspection helps replace scattered notes, separate photo folders, paper inspection sheets and manually maintained spreadsheets with one organized workflow.

From discovering a defect to documenting its completion, your inspection information stays structured and easier to manage.
