Adaptive Strength Coach is a progressive overload workout planner that works out your next session for you. Log your sets and it sets the weight and reps for every exercise next time, based on what you actually lifted.

No RPE ratings, no max testing, no spreadsheets. You get a full strength training programme built around your goal, your training days and the equipment you have.

Built by a UK strength and conditioning coach for people who want to get stronger and build muscle without planning every session themselves.

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, DONE FOR YOU
Most apps show you the data and leave the decision to you. Adaptive Strength Coach reads what you actually logged and sets your next target load and rep range automatically — genuine adaptive training, not a static plan on a calendar.

WHAT YOU GET

- A full programme built around your goal, training days, and available equipment
- A target weight and rep range for every set, adjusted from your last session
- Progressive overload handled for you, session to session
- Structured exercise selection matched to your goal, equipment, recovery, and each exercise's role

- Cloud backup so your training history is never lost

New Powerlifting Meet plans are temporarily unavailable; previously saved meet plans remain accessible.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFTERS
Whether you are building muscle, combining muscle and strength, or following an ongoing Get Stronger plan, the app uses your logged training to guide the next prescription. Training volume guidance is grounded in published strength and hypertrophy research, not guesswork.

SIMPLE TO USE
Log a set in two taps. The rest timer runs in the background. Swap an exercise if the rack's taken and the plan adapts around it. No RPE or RIR ratings to fill in after every set — the app works out how hard you're actually training from what you logged.

PRICING
Every available feature is included from your first session. Try the full app free for 14 days, then continue for £9.99 a month or £99.99 a year. Cancel anytime from your Google Play account.
