Briefly Daily AI is an AI inbox brief for Gmail and Outlook. Each morning it reads your email and calendar and sends you one short, ordered summary of what needs you today.

Some mornings the inbox wins.

Not because there is too much in it. Because there is no easy place to start, and every unopened message is a decision you have not made yet.

Briefly Daily AI takes that first step off you.

Every morning before you are awake, it reads your Gmail or Outlook and your calendar, works out the handful of things that genuinely need you today, and sends you one short brief. Ordered by what is urgent, not by what arrived last. Tap any line to open the real email or the actual meeting. Then you are done. There is nothing else to check.

WHY BRIEFLY DAILY IS DIFFERENT

+ It starts without you. The hard part of an inbox is not the volume, it is deciding where to begin. Your brief arrives already written and already ordered, before you open anything.

+ Nothing piles up. We do not store your mail or build a task list, so there is no growing pile to avoid. Today's brief covers today, and tomorrow's starts clean.

+ No inbox zero. No filing. No system to keep up. You are not being asked to process, sort or archive your way to a number. You are being told what matters.

+ Ordered, not just shorter. Deadlines and decisions first. Newsletters and noise last, or not at all.

+ Set it once. In the app you connect Google or Microsoft, choose your delivery time and days, pause when you need to, and see where your plan stands. Then leave it alone.

WHO IT IS FOR

+ People whose inbox stopped being a to-do list and became a wall. You know roughly what is in there. You know some of it matters. Opening it is the part that never quite happens.

+ If you have ever had four thousand unread and still worried you had missed something important, this was built for you.

+ It was built by someone in that exact position, who kept trying tools that had to be opened first. This one arrives instead.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Connect Gmail, Outlook, or both. Read-only access, about two minutes.
2. Choose your delivery time and the things you want watched.
3. Your first brief arrives in about 5-minutes, then regular delivery starts the next morning.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Read-only access, so nothing can be sent, deleted or changed on your behalf. Your mail is read, summarised, then discarded. Nothing is retained and nothing is ever used to train AI models. Australian-hosted infrastructure.
