Stint Lab is the first telemetry app that analyses how you drive, then prepares, proposes and tracks your progress through targeted exercises. Built for Gran Turismo 7 (qualifying and Time Trial): your phone sits beside you and you never leave the game.

TARGETED EXERCISES
Most telemetry shows where you lose time. Stint Lab looks at what you do in each corner: brake point, brake release, apex speed, throttle pickup, coasting. It compares your fastest passes with the rest, and the gesture that separates them becomes your exercise.
• Proposed: the app points to the corner that costs you the most and tells you whether to work on speed or consistency.
• Prepared: the target comes from your own best passes, not a generic ideal. Pick Relaxed, Standard or Demanding, or set it yourself.
• Coached live: the coach announces the corner a few seconds before you brake, counts down to your brake point with beeps, stays quiet through the corner and gives the verdict on the exit.
• Tracked: every pass is judged. A later brake point only counts if you keep your apex speed. You see how many passes hit the target, your corner time against where you started, and whether the gain is real or lost in your lap-to-lap variation. At the end, the exercise is marked acquired or not.
• Remembered: the AI debrief knows which exercise you ran and how your previous stint went.

ON TRACK
You stay in GT7. The app shows this lap against the reference, then each corner against the reference, your best pass and your best lap. Optional radio: a race engineer at the line with the gap, which corner to look at and why. Optional beeps at the brake and throttle marks.

AFTER EACH LAP
Open the last lap, the corners, the traces. Corners are ranked by time lost, consistency shows lap after lap, and the theoretical lap stitches your best corners together. Compare with the best times for that circuit, car group and tyres. Capture a clean reference when you have a lap worth beating.

LEARN THE TRACK
Track videos explain each circuit part by part. The fastest laps are split corner by corner, each with its telemetry.

DAILY RACES
Tracks and references follow GT7's Daily Races: same circuit, group and tyres as the week's events. An optional weekly e-mail recaps your week and lists the new Daily Races and Time Trials.

AI COACH
Enough clean laps and you get a written debrief (focus corner, speed or consistency) instead of guessing from a list of times. In English, French, Italian and German.

WHAT YOU NEED
A PS4 or PS5 and your phone on the same Wi-Fi, and the console's IP address in the app. Live telemetry runs on your local network. Internet is used for your account, references, videos and the AI debrief.
