Welcome to Core Ze Mindset! The Mental Edge for Football Specialists.

We aren’t a traditional mindset app with meditations and journaling. Core Ze Mindset is the first performance coaching platform built exclusively for kickers, punters, and long snappers, incorporating live coaching.

With direct access to Coach Suzi Freeman, the trusted mental performance coach for NFL and D1 specialists. You’ll sharpen your mindset where it matters most: under pressure, in real time.

Core Ze isn’t just a quirky name, it is a standard you learn to live by when working with Coach Suzi: Commitment Ownership Relentless Excellence with Zero Ego, Excuses & Entitlement!

Why Mental Performance Coaching Matters
Specialists don’t get second chances. One kick, one snap, one punt can decide a game, and your future. Consistently performing well under pressure doesn’t just help you win today, it’s the difference between:

-Starting vs sitting.
-Scholarship vs walk-on.
-Standing out to coaches and recruiters vs getting overlooked.

Your mental game is your separator. Core Ze gives you the tools and live coaching to build it.

What You’ll Get Inside Core Ze Mindset:
