CovenantAccess is the credentialing and visit management platform for healthcare vendor sales representatives. Manage your
compliance credentials, plan facility visits, and check in at hospital badge stations — all from your phone.

Built for medical device, pharmaceutical, and healthcare supply sales reps who need to maintain compliance across multiple
health systems.

KEY FEATURES

• Credential Management
Upload and track all of your required credentials in one place — background checks, vaccinations (Flu, COVID, MMR, Hepatitis
B, TB, Varicella), HIPAA training, drug screens, insurance certificates, and facility-specific policies. See exactly which
credentials are missing, pending review, or expired.

• Facility Compliance at a Glance
View your compliance status for each healthcare facility you visit. CovenantAccess shows which credentials each facility
requires and instantly tells you whether you're cleared to visit.

• Plan Your Visit
Submit a visit request to any registered facility. Specify date, time, department, and visiting contact. Receive a 4-digit
check-in PIN to use at the facility's badge station.

• Badge Station Check-In
Walk up to a facility's badge station kiosk, enter your PIN, and you're checked in. No paperwork, no waiting in line.

• Policy Acknowledgements
Read and acknowledge facility-specific policies (masking, sterile attire, peri-procedural area access, code of conduct)
directly in the app.

• Document Verification
Upload your credential documents and track their review status. Get notified when documents are approved or need to be
resubmitted.
