Fleet by Elevera — the fleet
operations platform trusted by delivery service partners across Europe.

REPORT DAMAGE IN UNDER 30 SECONDS
When something happens to your vehicle, report it instantly. Select your
vehicle, choose the incident type, snap photos, and submit. Your dispatcher
gets notified immediately with full details, photos, and GPS location.

SHIFT CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Start your shift by scanning your vehicle's QR code and capturing 6 inspection
photos (front, back, left, right, dashboard, cargo). End your shift with
notes. Every photo is timestamped and stored — protecting both you and your
fleet operator.

TRACK YOUR JOBS
View assigned delivery jobs, multi-stop routes, and job details. Capture proof
of delivery with photos, signatures, or barcode scans. Update job status in
real time so dispatchers always know where things stand.

STAY ON TOP OF MAINTENANCE
See upcoming service reminders, current mileage, and TÜV validity for your
assigned vehicles. Update mileage readings directly from the app to keep fleet
records accurate.

BUILT FOR DELIVERY FLEETS
Fleet by Elevera is designed specifically for drivers working in commercial van fleets.
Large buttons, minimal text input, and a camera-first workflow mean you spend
seconds reporting, not minutes filling out forms.

Your fleet manager uses the Fleet by Elevera web dashboard to manage
incidents, track maintenance, handle insurance claims, and monitor fleet
health. Fleet by Elevera is your mobile connection to that system.

REQUIREMENTS
Fleet by Elevera requires an active Fleet by Elevera account. Your fleet manager or
dispatcher creates your login credentials through the web dashboard. Contact
your fleet operator if you need access.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
• All data encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
• Photos stored securely in the cloud
• GDPR compliant — request data deletion anytime
• Location data only captured during incident reporting
