HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your order. Enter your pickup location, drop-off point, and item details in the app, or send the request.
2. We confirm and assign. Our team reviews the request and assigns a trained
rider who knows the area. You receive a confirmation so you know your order is moving.
3. Pickup and delivery. Your item is collected promptly and delivered safely,
with care taken over food, medicine, and fragile parcels.
4. Completion. You get a delivery confirmation and a clear record of what was paid.

WHY CHOOSE GOYAA EXPRESS

Speed you can plan around. Our riders know the roads of Kanifing and Greater Banjul, so orders are routed the sensible way rather than the long way. We aim for 30 to 45 minutes on standard deliveries.

Transparent, flat-rate pricing. You see the price before you confirm. Rates start at D100 for 0-2 km, D150 for 2-5 km, D200 for 5-8 km and D250 for 8-12 km, so there is no haggling and no surprise at the door.

Real-time tracking and direct contact. Follow your order status in the app and
reach your rider or our team when you need an update. No guessing where your delivery is.

Flexible payment. Pay with mobile wallets such as wave or settle on delivery,
whichever suits you.

Trained, accountable riders. Our riders are local, vetted and trained on safe
handling, courtesy and punctuality. They are neighbours, not strangers.

FOR RESTAURANTS AND BUSINESSES

GoYaa Express gives small and growing businesses a delivery arm without the cost of running one. Partner with us to reach customers beyond your street, offer delivery at checkout, and hand off logistics to a team that treats your brand as carefully as you do. Scheduled daily runs and multi-stop dispatch are available for higher-volume partners.

BUILT IN THE GAMBIA, FOR THE GAMBIA

GoYaa Express was founded by Yankuba Sawaneh, who spent over a decade in airline technology and global operations before turning that experience toward a gap he saw at home: the need for structured, trustworthy delivery that both households and businesses could rely on. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every order.

Every delivery supports local progress. We hire and train Gambian riders, help small businesses reach more customers, and offer eco-friendly delivery options where we can, so that growth does not come at the cost of the streets we all share.
