Hatchium AI keeps your conversations with businesses in one place. Message a shop, get help with an order and receive updates from businesses that use Hatchium for customer support.

Add a business in seconds
Open the support link a business shared, scan its QR code or type its short name. You verify your phone number only when you send your first message, with a one-time code on WhatsApp or a code the business gives you. There is no password to remember.

Chat the way you already do
Send text, photos, PDF and Word documents, and voice notes. Replies come from the business's team, and some businesses also use an AI assistant to answer common questions quickly. Search a conversation to find an order number or an earlier answer.

Order and service updates
Choose, for each business, whether its order and service updates come to the app. When a business asks you to confirm or cancel an order, tap the button in the message.

Notifications on your terms
Turn notifications on or off for each business, mute a chat, set quiet hours and hide message text in notifications.

Stay in control
Report any message, including replies from an AI assistant, or report a business. Block a business and it can no longer reach you in the app. See the devices signed in to your account and sign out any of them. Delete your account from Settings at any time.

For business teams
Owners, admins and agents of businesses on Hatchium can sign in with their existing account to answer customers from their phone. See all, assigned and unassigned conversations, search by name, order or message, reply with photos, videos and documents, send approved templates, add private notes, assign and resolve conversations, and choose which alerts they receive.

A business appears in the app once it has turned the app on. Ask the business for its support link or QR code.
