Artisan Report Card turns a walk through your house into a document you can actually use.

Start in any room. Tag what you find — outlets, faucets, windows, panels, fixtures — answer a short prompt or two about each, and photograph what you see. Add a wide shot so the room has context. When you're finished, the app assembles everything into a clear, plain-language report you can keep, print, or hand to a professional for a closer look.

No jargon. No scoring you have to decode. Just what you saw, where you saw it, and what might be worth attention.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Walk your home room by room at your own pace
• Photograph fixtures and rooms as you go, anchored to where they are
• Answer plain-language prompts instead of filling in a technical form
• See what's worth a closer look, sorted by how much attention it needs
• Produce a shareable PDF report of the whole walkthrough
• Pick up where you left off — a walkthrough can span days
• Work entirely offline; nothing needs a signal

WHO IT'S FOR

Owners keeping track of a house they live in. Sellers getting ahead of what a buyer will ask. Buyers making notes on a place they're considering. Anyone who wants an organised, photo-anchored record instead of a phone full of loose pictures and a note app full of half-sentences.

AN ACCOUNT IS OPTIONAL

The walkthrough and the report work without signing in, and everything stays on your phone. Create an account only if you want your reports backed up and available across your devices.

PRIVACY, PLAINLY

No ads. No analytics. No third-party trackers or advertising identifiers. We do not sell your information and we do not use your reports or photographs to train machine-learning models. The app never asks for your location — the address is one you type — and audio recording is blocked outright.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

Artisan Report Card is a homeowner's self-assessment tool. It is not a home inspection within the meaning of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4764, and the report it produces is not a home inspection report. Only a person licensed under Ohio R.C. Chapter 4764 may perform a home inspection or issue a home inspection report. Using this app does not create any inspector-client relationship, and its observations are illustrative — they are not a substitute for a licensed inspection or the judgement of a qualified trade professional.
