LiveIn Helper is the official companion app for helpers working under a LiveIn Helper contract. It provides a clear overview of the services agreed in your contract, lets you record the time spent on each service, and keeps your daily and weekly working hours transparent and up to date.

KEY FEATURES

Daily overview
View all agreed services scheduled for the selected day. Each service displays its title, description, category, planned duration and, where applicable, a fixed start time or a time window in which it is to be performed.

Time recording
Select a service to mark it as completed and record the time spent. Two entry methods are available:
– Start and end time: choose when the service began and ended, and the duration is calculated automatically.
– Total duration: enter the total number of minutes directly.
If the recorded time differs from the scheduled duration, the app displays a confirmation step before the entry is saved.

Daily and weekly progress
A daily summary compares the minutes recorded with the target for the day. The weekly progress card shows recorded hours against the weekly target, together with a completion percentage, giving you a reliable picture of your progress at any time.

Date navigation
Move between days to review scheduled services and recorded time for any date.

Offline access
The most recently loaded dashboard is stored on your device, so your services remain viewable without an active connection. Once a connection is available again, refresh to synchronise and continue recording.

Secure sign-in
Sign in with the account provided by LiveIn Helper. Credentials are stored securely on the device and all communication with the server is encrypted.

Contract status
If no active contract is linked to your account, the app displays the current status of your application together with the next steps.
