Banay OS™ is the office app for general contractors and remodelers. It keeps jobs, crew hours, estimates, receipts and team chat in one place, so the owner, the office and the crew are looking at the same information.

Built by Dominic, a general contractor who wanted one app his own crew would actually use.

FOR THE CREW
• Clock in and out of the right job with one tap. Location is used only while you are clocked in, and only after you read and accept your company's crew notice.
• See today's job, the address, who is on it, and the materials and tools that are on site.
• Snap receipts and job photos and they're filed to the job for the office to check.
• Team chat with photos and voice messages. Press and hold a message and tap Translate to read it in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

FOR THE OWNER AND OFFICE
• Calendar of every job and visit, by day, week or month.
• Estimates, invoices and change orders with your logo, sent as a PDF or a link.
• AI-assisted estimates from your notes and photos. You review and edit the estimate before you send it.
• Receipts: the app reads the vendor, date and total and suggests the job and category. You can check and change it.
• Job costing: hours, receipts and materials roll up into a profit and loss view for each job. Open jobs show a preliminary P&L that becomes official once the job's final P&L is in.
• Timesheets and overtime totals for payroll.
• Records organized by job for your accountant. Export your records and files any time during your agreement.
• Roles: crew see their jobs and hours, not prices or other people's pay.
• Optional: turn on the mileage log for business drives while you are clocked in.

THREE LANGUAGES
The app works in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and each person picks their own.

HOW TO SIGN IN
Requires a Banay OS company account. Crew and office users are invited by their company owner. Enter your company's Banay OS address on the first screen, then sign in with the username or email your owner set up for you. If you don't have one yet, ask your company owner to invite you.

COMING SOON
• Push notifications in the Android app (the web app already has them).
• Recording your route with the screen locked while you are clocked in (shown with an "On the clock" notification).
• Client call recording and transcripts through the company phone system.
• Google Calendar sync for every company (in limited preview).
