Mnext is a complete business management app for shops and service businesses that handle queues, walk-ins, and appointments. Whether you run a barbershop, salon, clinic, or any counter-based business, Mnext helps you manage your customer flow, your team, and your day from one place.

Manage your queue and waitlist
Add walk-in customers to a live waitlist, track who's next, and keep your queue moving. Customers can see their position, and your team always knows what's coming up.

Take bookings and walk-ins together
Handle scheduled bookings and walk-in customers in one view. See your whole day at a glance and avoid double-booking or long wait times.

Organise your services and team
Build a service catalog with your offerings, manage your team members, and plan staff rosters so the right people are available at the right time.

Keep customers coming back
Run a loyalty program to reward repeat customers, and collect feedback through surveys and a suggestion box to build stronger relationships.

Share your queue
Use public displays and shareable links so customers can check wait times or join the queue from their own phone.

Stay informed
Get notifications for new bookings and activity, and review weekly reports covering customer trends, team performance, and operations health.

Smart assistance
An in-app AI assistant helps you get quick answers and insights about your business.
