MachConnect gives machine shop owners and operators complete visibility into their Mach CNC machines from anywhere in the world. The app connects through a secure cloud link to deliver live machine data directly to your iPhone — no VPN or local network access required.

KEY FEATURES

• Real-Time Machine Status
View axis positions, feed rates, spindle speed, and machine overrides as they happen. Know instantly whether your machine is running, idle, faulted, or in an alarm state.

• Live Camera Feeds
Watch your cutting in real time with low-latency HD and sub-stream video. Camera feeds are delivered securely via Cloudflare's global network — no port forwarding required.

• Alarms and Alerts
Get notified of machine alarms and state changes so you can respond quickly — whether you're steps away or across the country.

• Preventive Maintenance Scheduling
Create and track PM tasks for each machine. Set service intervals, assign tasks to technicians, attach completion notes, and maintain a full maintenance history.

• Production Tracking
Monitor cycle counts, cutting time, and run-state history over time. Spot trends, reduce unplanned downtime, and make data-driven decisions about your equipment.

• Multi-Machine Support
Monitor multiple machines across one or more facilities. Switch between machines instantly and keep a shop-wide view in your pocket.

REQUIREMENTS

MachConnect requires Mach Controls to be running on each machine you wish to monitor. The machine must be commissioned and connected to the internet before the app can communicate with it. This app is designed for use by machine shop personnel with an active MachConnect subscription. Visit machconnect.cloud to learn more.
