My Edge is your complete mental performance system — AI coach, daily check-ins, health integration, challenges, and progress tracking. Built for athletes, students, and anyone doing hard things.

WHAT'S INSIDE

🧠 AI COACH
Chat anytime with an AI coach trained on sport psychology, performance science, and resilience research. Ask about a slump, a big game, sleep, stress, relationships, motivation, anything. Answers fit YOUR pattern — not generic advice. Voice input supported.

📊 DAILY CHECK-IN (60 SECONDS)
Five smart questions a day. Personalized to what you actually need. Tracks your mental state across four pillars:
• Antifragility — grow from stress
• Resilience — rebound speed
• Wellbeing — energy, sleep, mood
• Burnout — early warning system

📈 TRAJECTORY DASHBOARD
Watch your four pillars trend over weeks. Spot burnout before it hits. See what habits actually move your needle — not vanity metrics.

⚡ NUDGES
Micro-actions matched to your current state. "Try this today" instead of "you should probably." Personalized, not spammy.

🏆 CHALLENGES + STREAKS
Weekly challenges tuned to your goals. Streak tracking that keeps you honest. Badges for progress that matters — not participation trophies.

⌚ HEALTH INTEGRATION
Connects to Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Whoop, Oura, and more via Terra. Your sleep, HRV, workout data feeds the coach so advice actually fits your body.

👨‍👩‍👧 PARENT + COACH ACCESS
Athletes under 18 can invite a parent or coach into a supportive read-only view. Full privacy controls — you choose what they see. Adults have full solo mode.

🔒 PRIVACY FIRST
Your check-ins and chats are yours. We don't sell data. We don't train AI on your conversations. Some content may be reviewed by our safety team if automated systems detect risk of harm — see our Safety Policy.

BUILT FOR
• Athletes at every level — high school to pro
• Coaches who want data on their team's mental state
• Parents supporting an athlete
• Students under pressure
• Anyone chasing peak performance

WHAT'S DIFFERENT
Most wellness apps ask the same 20 questions every day and hand you graphs. My Edge asks WHAT MATTERS TODAY, then gets out of your way. Check-in adapts. Coach adapts. Nudges adapt. You keep the edge.

Sixty seconds a day. Your mental game. Handled.
