Neighborhood Parcel Mailbox is the app for customers who rent a mailbox at Neighborhood Parcel in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. When mail or a package arrives for you, you know the same day — and you decide what happens to it, from anywhere.

WHAT ARRIVED
Every letter and package is booked in the day it reaches your box. You get an email and an alert in the app, and the Mailbox tab shows who it is from and when its storage period ends.

FOUR CHOICES FOR ANY ITEM
• Open and scan — we open it, scan every page, and email you the PDF.
• Forward — we send it on to any address you give us, in the United States or abroad, by the carrier and service you pick.
• Will pick up — we set it aside at the counter for you to collect.
• Discard / Secure Shred — we destroy it securely, with your written authorization.
You can also archive items to tidy your list, add a note for our staff, and change your mind about a request right up until we carry it out.

SEVERAL AT ONCE
Select a stack of letters and forward them in one parcel, or shred a batch of junk mail in one tap.

FORWARDING, CLEARLY
See each request from "submitted" through invoice, payment and shipping, with the carrier and tracking number once it is on its way. No payment is ever taken inside the app — we invoice you separately.

SHARE YOUR MAILBOX
Give a family member or business partner their own sign-in to the same box. Everyone has their own password, and the history always shows who asked for what.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Scans are emailed to you as a PDF and never shown inside the app, so the contents of your mail are never sitting on a screen anyone can pick up.
• Alerts and notifications say a letter or package arrived — never who it is from.
• Nothing is used for advertising or tracking, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.
• Mail records are kept for a set period after an item is finished with, then removed.
