Neural Initiative is a persistent AI Game Master for tabletop RPGs. Start a campaign in minutes and play whenever you want, solo or with friends. The AI narrates the world, runs the NPCs, calls for real dice, illustrates every scene, and remembers everything you do, so the story keeps its shape across months.

FOUR GAMES, ONE SCREEN
Play fifth edition, PF2e-compatible fantasy, d100 horror compatible with Basic Roleplaying, or cyberpunk compatible with Cities Without Number. Each runs by its own rules, not a reskin. PF2e-compatible play keeps its three-action turns, four degrees of success, Hero Points, and focus spells. The d100 horror game is roll-under, and Sanity is a second, more fragile pool of hit points; the screen itself fractures as it drains. The cyberpunk game rolls two six-sided dice for skills, tracks cyberware, System Strain, hacking and drones, and turns the whole app from candlelight to neon. Every system has its own character sheet, its own dice, and its own reference library, free and searchable in 24 languages.

PICK WHO TELLS YOUR STORY
Neural Initiative is model-agnostic. Choose the AI model that narrates your table, from Grok, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, and Claude, and switch whenever you like.

DICE THAT ACTUALLY DECIDE
Rolls are real and they stick. When the AI calls for a check, the dice are rolled for real and the result drives what happens next. A natural 1 can wreck a plan and a natural 20 can save the day. The AI does not quietly bend the outcome to a tidier scene. Your luck is your luck.

A STORY THAT COMMITS
Neural Initiative plays a campaign with a spine, not a string of disconnected scenes. The world remembers what you did, NPCs hold their grudges and their debts, and the arc you are on keeps moving toward its payoff.

A WORLD YOU CAN SEE
Neural Initiative illustrates the story as it turns. Every beat can render its own scene in an art style made for your game, over living atmosphere: taverns, forests, crypts, the open sea, neon streets, the eldritch void, and more, with weather, time of day, and the tension of a fight on screen. Every character and key NPC gets a unique AI portrait built from their sheet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Play four systems. Fifth edition, PF2e-compatible, d100 horror and Cities Without Number-compatible cyberpunk, each by its own rules.
- Play anytime. No table to schedule, no human GM to wait on.
- Solo or multiplayer. A private one-player story, or friends in the same live session.
- Bring a real book. Import a published adventure you legally own and the AI runs the actual material.
- Roll real dice. A full 3D dice roller, a d20, a percentile d100 or a pair of d6.
- Hear the story. Optional voice narration reads scenes aloud.
- Persistent campaigns. Your world, characters, and story carry over between sessions and stay in sync across devices.

HOW IT WORKS
Neural Initiative is the companion to a hosted service at neuralinitiative.ai. Create an account, start a campaign, and play. The same campaigns are on the web, so you can set things up on a big screen and play on your phone. Sign in with Google, Discord, or email. Your data is encrypted in transit and your account is yours to delete at any time.

OPEN ENGINE
The engine behind Neural Initiative is open source, so if you would rather run it yourself on your own keys, that path stays open.
