Living keto, made simple. One app to count, a website for recipes, a notebook for ketones, a shopping list on the back of an envelope… My Keto Assistant brings it all together in one app, built 100% for the keto and low-carb lifestyle, by someone who lives it every day.

Where regular calorie counters leave you alone with numbers, your assistant does the work: it sets your macros with the right protein and fat balance and counts NET carbs. It builds your keto meal plans around your tastes and goals, writes your shopping list and charts your progress. All that's left to do? Cook, eat and log.
