PrepIQ helps professional kitchens make better operational decisions every day.

Instead of relying only on yesterday's sales, spreadsheets, or gut feeling, PrepIQ combines your restaurant's data with relevant signals and learned patterns to help your team understand what to prepare, what to watch during service, and what to learn from each day.

Plan smarter

Start the day with a clear operational brief.

PrepIQ helps estimate demand for menu items and turns forecasts into practical preparation guidance, including the ingredients and quantities needed to support the plan.

Your chef remains in control. Forecasts can be reviewed, adjusted, and overridden based on the knowledge and circumstances of your kitchen.

Stay ahead during service

Service changes quickly.

PrepIQ monitors how sales are tracking against expectations and highlights meaningful changes while there is still time to respond.

You may see suggestions such as:

• An item selling faster than expected
• A potential stockout approaching
• A dish moving slower than planned
• A recommendation to consider preparing another batch

PrepIQ is there to provide context and suggestions, not to tell your kitchen how to cook.

Learn from every day

The end of service is not the end of the process.

PrepIQ helps your team review what happened and understand why the day differed from the plan.

Was demand genuinely different?

Did an item run out?

Was there a supplier or equipment issue?

Did the chef adjust the forecast?

Those lessons become part of the kitchen's operational memory and help PrepIQ become more useful over time.

Built around your kitchen

Every restaurant operates differently.

PrepIQ is designed to learn the patterns of each branch rather than assuming every kitchen behaves the same way.

Over time, the system can understand your menu, demand patterns, preparation decisions, operational signals, and the reasons behind previous outcomes.

The goal is simple:

A kitchen that gets a little smarter every day.

Your existing systems still matter

PrepIQ is not designed to replace your POS.

Your POS records what happened. PrepIQ helps turn that information into operational decisions.

Depending on your setup, restaurant data can be connected through supported POS integrations, CSV imports, or the PrepIQ Connector.

For chefs and restaurant managers

PrepIQ is built for the people who actually run the kitchen.

Use it to:

• Plan daily preparation
• Understand expected demand
• Monitor service pace
• Identify potential stockouts
• Understand operational variance
• Track waste and its cost
• Learn from previous days
• Make more informed decisions

PrepIQ combines forecasting, operational intelligence, and continuous learning into one daily workflow:

Morning → Service → Review → Learning → Tomorrow

This is an early release of PrepIQ. Selected testers are helping us improve the product as we learn from real kitchens and real operational conditions.

Your feedback matters.

PrepIQ: Don't just know what happened. Know what to do next.
