Push Pull Health

Still waiting for the diet and exercise routine that survives first contact with real life?
The Push Pull Health app is straightforward online coaching for people in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond who are done with plans that don't survive their first contact with real life.

Joining Team Rotter isn't forcing you into yet another 6-week shred. It's helping you find a form of exercise you can stomach and a diet you can stick to for longer than 10 minutes.

No 6-week quick-fix transformation challenges. No counting points or syns. No glorified cheerleader telling you to "move more and eat less."

What's inside:

Personalised Training Programmes: Home and gym workouts built around your goals, equipment, and current fitness level. Every exercise has a short demonstration video, so you know exactly what you're doing before you attempt it, along with alternative versions if you're in pain or based on your starting point.

Mobility and Stretching Sessions: Built-in sessions to keep you moving well, recovering properly, and staying out of the clutches of your physio and their dreaded flimsy red band.

Evidence-Based Nutrition and Weight Loss Coaching: We calculate your calories and macros based on your actual goals: losing weight, building muscle, toning up, or simply feeling better in your body. Meal ideas, eating-out guides, and low-calorie swaps included. No foods are banned. No generic meal plans you won't stick to.

Apple Health and Google Health Integration: Syncs with Apple Health and Google
Health to track your steps, activity, and progress alongside your training and nutrition plan.

Weekly Check-Ins: We review your training and nutrition every week so nothing slips through the cracks.
Live Q&As (Weekly Whinges): Regular live sessions to ask anything — training, nutrition, menopause, or anything in between.

Ongoing Coaching Support: Message the team with any questions. You're not left to figure it out alone.

Community Access: A small, relatable group of people on a similar journey. Share progress, ask questions, stay accountable.

Education Library: Because understanding why something works is the only way to keep doing it when motivation disappears. You can request a topic at any time.

Habit Tracker, Challenges, and Exercise Form Feedback: The tools to build consistency and make sure you're doing it right.

All of it in one place. No PDFs. No spreadsheets. No starting again every Monday.
