Start leading like a pro — before you turn 40.
The 20% Executive isn’t a leadership course.
It’s a mindset, a lifestyle, and a community designed for emerging leaders who want to go further, faster — without going it alone.
Leadership is lonely. Especially when you’re under 40, ambitious, and expected to figure everything out as you climb the ladder. The 20% Executive gives you a place to learn, connect, and experiment with other driven leaders who are facing the same real-world challenges.
Led by Robert Pollock — a seasoned executive, advisor to hundreds of CEOs, and creator of The 20% Executive System — this app helps you apply the 20% of actions that drive 80% of results in your work and life.
This isn’t theory.
This is actionable, high-leverage leadership for real people with real responsibilities.
