Daily Reps is an 8-week program by Strength Side built around 20-25 minute daily workouts combining bodyweight strength, mobility and conditioning.

Each day focuses on only 3 to 4 high bang for your buck exercises. Instead of loads of exercises for specific muscles, you put your energy and focus into a few main movements and get better and better at the basics.

Small doses, done frequently, are amazing for the body. You train consistently, stay fresh and keep your energy levels high.

The goal is simple. Build an incredibly fit, flexible and capable physique, without adding another exhausting workout to your life.

HOW DAILY REPS WORKS

We train every day. No days off. But that’s because the sessions are short.

Every day, open the app to see 3 to 4 exercises. Each exercise has a rep goal and different levels to choose from.

We don’t prescribe any sets. Chip away at the rep goal in one session or throughout your day.

Do a set, log your reps and see how many you have remaining.

The app saves your previous workout numbers so you can do the same or try to beat them. As you get in better shape, challenge yourself with harder variations.

WHAT YOU GET

• 8 weeks of daily workouts blending strength, mobility and conditioning
• A week nine retest, so your progress is something you can actually see
• Video demos for every exercise so you know exactly how it should look
• Multiple levels for each movement, so you can scale any exercise up or down
• Logging that tracks your reps, your sessions and your progress
• Streaks and history so you can watch the days add up

TRAIN AT HOME

Most of Daily Reps is bodyweight. You’ll use a pull-up bar, gymnastic rings, a jump rope and resistance bands. No gym required.

WHO IT'S FOR

If life has gotten busier and training hard is leaving you more beat up than built up, this was made for you.

Busy parents. Working professionals. People in their 30s, 40s and beyond who want to stay strong, move well and still have energy left for everything else.

A little of the right exercise done every single day will take you way further than a lot done sporadically.

This is our simplest but maybe most profound program. Let's get to training.

Daily Reps is a general fitness and wellness app. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Consult a professional before starting any exercise program. Results vary.
