The all-in-one app for running a disc golf club, weekly league, or tournament series.

DGClubHQ replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, group texts, and Venmo screenshots with one clean system that everyone in your club can use.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Run events end-to-end
Schedule one-off tournaments or full season leagues. Open online signups with custom divisions, entry fees, and waitlists. Manage check-ins from your phone the morning of the event.

• Live scoring during rounds
Players enter scores hole by hole. Standings update in real time so everyone watching — at the course or at home — can see what's happening.

• Automatic payouts
Define your payout structure once. DGClubHQ figures out who gets what at the end of every event. Track ace pots, CTPs, side pots, vouchers, and player credit balances. No more napkin math at the picnic table.

• Season leaderboards
Per-division standings, drop weeks, and tour-style point chases. Players know exactly where they sit all season long.

• Voucher and credit tracking
Players can carry credit from one event to the next and apply it toward future entry fees. Clear balances for both players and club officers.

• Reports for club officers
Player histories, event archives, course usage, financial summaries — the data your board needs for meetings and end-of-season wrap-ups.

WHO IT'S FOR

• Tournament directors running weekly leagues
• Club officers managing season-long point chases
• Players who want a simple way to sign up, score, and track standings
