Electricity costs several times more in some hours than in others. Elenord Spot Price makes that difference visible, so you can run the washing machine, charge the car or heat the water when the market is on your side.

Covers Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

WHAT IT DOES

• Shows the current exchange price and the whole day ahead, in one-hour or 15-minute steps
• Lets you set your own threshold for what counts as cheap — every screen then follows it
• Warns you before the price falls under that threshold, and again before it climbs back above
• Sends one morning summary listing the cheap and the expensive hours of the day
• Finds the best window for an appliance: say how many hours it needs, and the planner picks the slot
• Estimates what a given consumption will cost, with VAT or without
• Keeps earlier days available, so you can look back and compare
• Puts all four countries side by side, each with its own VAT rate
• Shows how much power is coming from wind, solar, hydro and other sources right now

NEXT DAY

Tomorrow's prices appear as soon as the exchange publishes them, normally in the early afternoon.

VAT

One tap switches VAT on or off. The rate follows the country: 24% in Estonia, 21% in Latvia and Lithuania, 25.5% in Finland.

DATA

Prices come from Elering, based on Nord Pool market data. Generation figures come from the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform.
