Not sure what to do in a gym? Need a better routine? This app is for you.

We start from zero: what to do, in what order, and how heavy to start. Then, when you want one, an AI coach that knows your gym.

Joined and stopped going? Been meaning to start for years? Doing the same few things every visit? You're in the right place.

Never lifted? Start here
Say whether you've lifted before and where you train, and your first workout is ready. No account needed. Answer "Not yet", and the app explains each exercise and starts you light. Each one comes in order, with its sets and reps and how heavy to go. Your first two workouts find your weights: after each set, say how hard it was, and the app suggests the next one.

Every exercise explained
A how-to for all 335 exercises, in plain words: how to set up, the steps, what to keep in mind and the common mistake. A video for almost every one, and drawings for 18 starter exercises. Don't know what a machine is called? Take a photo, and AI names it. Machine taken? Swap it for an exercise that works the same muscles.

Need a better routine?
Go to the gym, but do the same few things every visit? Choose from four ready-made plans, swap in another exercise for the same muscles, or add your own. Every exercise in the library has a how-to, so trying something new never means guessing. Reach your reps on every set, and the app offers more weight and says why. With the coach plan, say how many days a week you can train, and AI builds a whole plan around your gym; try it free first.

A coach that knows your gym
Every gym is different. Photograph your machines, or pick what's there from a list. Put in a machine's weights, and the app offers only weights it can be set to. Your coach knows what you have. Say a machine isn't there, and the app suggests another exercise in its place.
"This is too easy." "Can we finish in 30 minutes?" Ask in plain words, mid-workout or after. Your AI coach knows the exercise you're on, your gym and your history, and suggests what to change, in today's workout and your plan: swaps, sets, reps and rest. You decide each one.

Already train? Tracking that keeps up
One tap a set, with last time's sets beside it. Rest starts by itself, and your phone tells you when it's over, even locked. Every exercise keeps its record, a chart and your best estimated single lift. Plate math for the bar. Before you start, one thing your last visits point to. Fix a past workout, log one you forgot, export a copy any time. Explanations go short, or off.

Built for real weeks
Back after a break? The app offers to ease your weights about 10% for the day. Finish a workout, and shape the next one while today is fresh. Reminders on the days you choose, and only if you turn them on.

Free to start
Logging, the ready-made plans, how-to and progress are free, with no ads, and work offline. Try the coach, AI plans and photo reads free; the coach plan, an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, keeps them going. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. It renews until you cancel; manage or cancel it in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions. Start right away, and sign in with Google when you want your workouts saved. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

The coach gives general information, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before you start if you have a health condition, and stop if anything hurts.
