Tulip’s Clienteling (currently in beta test) is a customer relationship app focused on empowering workers in retail stores. With easy access to customer and product information, store associates use the app to look up products in a catalog, manage customer information and black books, manage follow-ups, and communicate with clients.

Clienteling delivers a personalized shoulder-to-shoulder experience for shoppers in your store and online, transforming one-time buyers into loyal customers. The app includes access to customer wishlist and order history, black book management, follow-up management, email and SMS messaging.

Tulip’s Clienteling App is available to Tulip customers only.
