vacayi builds a travel guide around the people actually going.

Tell it who is coming — a toddler who naps at two, a knee that prefers step-free routes, a peanut allergy, a dog, someone who only wants ruins, a child with a specific interest or hobby — and it plans a trip that works for all of them at once. Not the top ten things to do in a city. A plan that already knows what your group cannot do.

AI TUNED FOR TRIPS, NOT FOR EVERYTHING

vacayi runs a purpose-built AI pipeline, not a chat box. One pass shapes the trip around your crew, your interests and the pace you chose. A second writes it. Then a rule engine checks it against real data before you see it — opening hours for the day you are actually going, drive times on real roads, meal windows, how long a baby can be out before a nap.

WHAT YOU GET

Not a list of places. A guide that already knows the place you are going.

• A day-by-day plan with times, and a map with each day's real road route
• Restaurants chosen around your allergies and diets first, then your taste — plus nearby alternatives by cuisine
• What each day will cost in your own currency, and what things should cost locally
• A booking wallet: what still needs arranging, and what is already done
• Live weather per day, with sunrise, sunset, UV, air quality and pollen
• What is on while you are there, and which public holidays shut things or fill them
• The emergency number that actually works there, and the nearest hospital and pharmacy
• A menu decoder, an allergy card in the local language, and phrases worth having
• A packing list built from your crew, your days and the forecast
• And more

YOUR BUCKET LIST, REMEMBERED

Save an idea the moment you see it, and say roughly where it is.

Found it on social media? Copy the link to the TikTok, Reel or YouTube video and open your idea list — vacayi spots it on your clipboard, reads the caption and works out which place it means. If it names no place, save the link anyway and name it yourself. The video stays on the card either way.

Ideas wait until you plan a trip that goes near one, then reach the planner with your own words attached. One that makes the guide is marked as yours; one that cannot fit is not dropped in silence — the guide says why.

IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL

Download a guide before you fly and it all comes with you — map, photos, plan. Tick things off at 30,000 feet.

YOUR PHOTOS LAND WHERE YOU TOOK THEM

Take a picture at the harbour and it appears on the harbour stop. The matching happens on your phone, and nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share it with the trip.

PLAN IT TOGETHER, PROPERLY

Invite friends or family as a viewer or an editor, and everyone works on the same guide:

• Comment on any part of the plan, react, and share a checklist everyone can tick off
• See who is in the trip right now, and what they are looking at
• An activity feed saying what changed, who changed it and when
• Changes since you last looked are tagged, so nothing gets missed
• Everyone can ask the guide's assistant, and everyone sees the answers
• Quests and a live scoreboard, for the children or the competitive adults

ASK FOR CHANGES

Do not like a restaurant? Say so. The assistant inside the guide swaps it, re-times the day and re-measures the route. Every change can be undone.

WHERE THE AI STOPS

Hours, prices and emergency numbers change, and no model knows which restaurant closed last month. So the guide marks what to verify rather than pretending to be certain, and says where it is thin.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE

Fully available in English, Español and Português (Brasil) — not just the buttons, but the guide itself. Share a trip with someone who reads another language and their copy is translated for them, while yours stays as it was.
