SmileyMeter turns any Android tablet into a simple customer feedback kiosk at your exit, reception desk, or service point. Visitors tap a mood in one second—no app install, no login, no survey fatigue.

Built for stores, clinics, salons, gyms, restaurants, and service businesses that want honest point-of-experience feedback without expensive hardware terminals or complex CX software.

WHY VENUES CHOOSE SMILEYMETER
• One-tap feedback — large mood buttons anyone can use without instructions
• True kiosk mode — lock the tablet to SmileyMeter with Android screen pinning
• Instant on-tablet insights — see trends before you export or share anything
• Bring your own tablet — low setup cost compared to dedicated smiley terminals
• Local-first & privacy-minded — feedback stays on the device unless you export it

CAPTURE (VISITOR-FACING)
• Choose 2–5 mood options (from awful to excellent)
• Customize the on-screen question (e.g. “How was your visit?”)
• Emoji or branded graphic mood faces
• Optional logo and capture background (color or image)
• Thank-you confirmation after each tap
• Protection against accidental double-taps

KIOSK / FLOOR TABLET
• Start kiosk mode from the app (Android lock task / screen pinning)
• While pinned, visitors only see the capture screen—not admin or results
• Staff exit kiosk with the device PIN, pattern, or biometric (your Android lock screen)

RESULTS FOR STAFF
• Calendar view: average mood by day for the month
• Day detail: response count and when taps happened through the day
• Activity heatmap: see busier days at a glance
• All computed on the device from local data

ADMIN & DATA CONTROL
• Configure moods, layout, branding, and kiosk options in Admin
• Export all taps to CSV for Excel or Google Sheets (SmileyMeter Pro)
• Delete all feedback on the device when you need a clean slate
• You control retention and what leaves the tablet

SMILEYMETER PRO (OPTIONAL)
Upgrade in-app for longer history, CSV export, and full branding uploads (custom logos, backgrounds, and mood-face images). Pricing and free trial terms are shown in Google Play before you subscribe. Restore purchases when you replace a tablet.

ALSO GREAT FOR OFFICES
Use a wall tablet for anonymous team mood pulses—aggregate trends only, not individual tracking. Pair with clear signage so people know responses are voluntary and anonymous.

WHAT SMILEYMETER IS NOT
Not a multi-page survey builder, CRM, or cloud dashboard (yet). If you need branching questionnaires or enterprise workflow, look elsewhere—we stay focused on fast mood capture at the door.

GET STARTED
1. Install on a tablet (Android 8.0+).
2. Set your question and mood buttons in Admin.
3. Place the tablet at your exit and enable kiosk mode.
4. Unpin to review results anytime.
