Weera is a marketplace for getting work done in Kenya and getting paid for it.

Whether you need a plumber for the afternoon, a designer for a logo, or a developer for a three-month build, Weera connects you with service providers who bid for your job. You choose who to hire. Your money stays in escrow until the work is delivered.

For clients post a job, compare bids, pay when it's done
• Post a job in minutes, or start from a ready-made template
• Receive bids from service providers with the skills you need
• Compare profiles, portfolios, ratings and past work before you decide
• Negotiate with counter-offers instead of accepting the first price
• Fund the job into escrow, and release payment only once you are satisfied
• Track every job, invoice and payment in one place

For service providers find work, bid, get paid
• Browse jobs matched to your skills and your area
• Place a bid with your price and timeline, and ask questions before you commit
• Know the money is already secured in escrow before you start work
• Chat with clients directly text, files and voice notes
• Withdraw your earnings straight to M-Pesa
• Build a profile with your skills, certifications and portfolio

How escrow protects both sides
Payment disputes are the reason most casual work goes wrong. Weera fixes that structurally. When a client awards a job, the money leaves their wallet and is held in escrow. The service provider can see the funds are secured before starting. When the work is delivered and approved, the money is released. If something goes wrong, our dispute process reviews the job, the bids and the messages between both parties.
