RhythmX turns daily physiological measurement into clear, explainable readiness and recovery signals for athletes and the wellness indicator for everyday users.

Take a short guided ECG reading, answer a brief check-in, and RhythmX returns a plain-language picture of how your body is responding to training — and what is driving it.

WHAT YOU SEE EACH DAY
- Recovery — how well your body restored over the last 24–48 hours
- Readiness — your capacity to tolerate training load today
- Status band — a single, simple classification of your current state
- Key drivers — the specific factors moving your scores, in plain language
- Confidence — every result shows how complete the underlying data is

HOW IT WORKS
1. Take a guided reading with the RhythmX ECG Sensor (sold separately by your organization).
2. Complete a short daily check-in: fatigue, stress, soreness, any pain or symptoms.
3. Optionally connect Health Connect so sleep and resting heart rate can be used as additional context.
4. RhythmX processes the inputs and returns your bands, your key drivers, and a recommended approach for the day.

BUILT AROUND ROLES
What you see depends on who you are. Athletes see their own bands, drivers and daily recommendation. Coaches see squad-level status and where to pay attention. Sports medicine staff see the full clinical detail for the athletes in their care. Nothing outside your role is sent to your device.

WHY ECG
RhythmX is built on ECG-derived heart rate variability rather than wrist optical sensing, for a cleaner signal at the point of measurement. Data from a connected smartwatch or phone is used only as supporting context, never as the primary measurement.

PRIVACY
Your physiological data belongs to you and your organization. RhythmX does not sell personal data and does not use your data for advertising. Health Connect data is used only to generate your own readiness and recovery outputs.
