AdaptClose: Every in-home appointment, turned into coaching that helps you close the next one

AdaptClose records your sales appointments, grades them with AI, and hands you specific coaching before you reach the next door. Built for in-home and door-to-door reps and the managers who run them, it works the way you actually work: on the phone in your pocket, in the truck, between stops.

Record and capture (mobile)
Hit record at the door and sell. The app records on-device, survives backgrounding and dropped calls, and keeps working offline. It uploads when you have signal and retries on its own if you don't. After the appointment, log the customer name and outcome (closed, follow-up, no-sale), and attach a few photos or a short clip: the signed contract, the panel, the roof, whatever you need to remember the appointment by. A push notification tells you the second your grade is ready.

AI grading and coaching
Every appointment is automatically transcribed (with rep vs. customer separated out) and graded against your team's playbook. You get an overall score plus a breakdown across the dimensions that matter (discovery, price anchoring, objection handling, the close), a call summary, and how much you talked vs. listened. Claude writes you specific, actionable coaching tips tied to the real moments in your pitch, delivered per appointment or as a daily digest.

Playbooks
Owners upload their own sales process as a PDF and AdaptClose reads it and proposes the grading dimensions, or you select from ready-made preset rubrics. Published playbooks are versioned so grades stay consistent and auditable.

For Sales Managers (web)
A dashboard shows team scores, trends, and top performers at a glance. Filter and search every recording by rep, score, outcome, date, or customer. Open any appointment to play back the audio (variable speed, skip-silence), read the full transcript, and see the grade. Add your own coaching notes alongside the AI's, and pin standout moments to a shared team board so the whole crew learns from the best appointments.

Live listen
Tune into a rep's appointment in progress, about ten seconds behind, right from the web. It's opt-in per appointment and runs separate from the saved recording, so monitoring never risks the real upload.

AdaptAI assistant
Ask questions in plain English: "Pull every deal we closed on a second visit this quarter," "Why did this one lose? Quote the moment," "Draft coaching for Tyler on price anchoring." Answers come back with citations to the actual recordings.

Team, roster, and access
Owners and managers manage teams, invite reps by text (no passwords, just a phone-number sign-in), and assign roles. Reps see their own grades and a personal progress trend so they can watch themselves improve. Solo closers can run the whole thing single-player from the mobile app.

Billing and onboarding
Start with a 14-day free trial, no card required. Seat-based billing through Stripe, prorated when you add or remove reps, with a self-serve portal for invoices and payment.

Notifications
Grade-ready alerts, new coaching tips, and nudges reach reps by push, email, and an in-app bell so nothing gets missed.

For power users, AdaptClose also exposes a secure MCP server, so tools like ChatGPT and Claude can query your recordings and scores directly.

AdaptClose turns the appointment you just walked out of into the reason you close the next one.
