PushOn is the push up counter you tap with your nose. Put your phone on the floor, drop down, and touch the screen at the bottom of every rep. Your voice coach counts out loud, the plasma orb burns hotter as you close in on your record, and your friends see how your day went.

No equipment, no wearable, no camera. Just you, the floor and your phone: a simple home workout that turns every pushup into a race.

How it works
• Nose-tap rep counter: the whole screen is the rep pad. It counts on touch-down, with a short debounce so a nose bounce counts once, and "Hold to finish" needs a deliberate press so you never end a set by accident.
• Voice coach: every rep is counted aloud, with callouts as you near your record. Mute it any time from the set screen.
• Record chasing: your goal is always your best day plus one. The orb tracks it live, and beating it turns everything gold, with confetti and a coach shout.
• Surprise plank: in about two out of three sets, a plank challenge interrupts mid-set. Keep your nose on the glass to keep the clock running, and chase your best hold.
• Daily reminders: a reminder at the time you pick, with live numbers like "3 more for a new record". Skipped on days you have already beaten your best.
• Pushups tracker: streak, best day, best set, all-time total, best plank and a 14-day chart in one place.
• Share card: one tap creates a branded card of your set to post or send.

Race your friends
• Race Home: today's leaderboard with you, your friends and three race bots (Chill, Steady and Beast), so there is always someone to chase. Switch between Today and Week.
• Workout with friends: add them by @username, invite link or code, and see who pushed on today.
• Groups: start a group for your gym, team, class or office, share the code, and climb the group leaderboard.
• Run your own push-up challenge: invite your crew, race on the same leaderboard and keep each other honest.
• Friends and group members only see your daily totals, streak and bests. Never your individual sets.

Private by design
• Works fully without an account. Your workouts are stored on your phone.
• Sign in with Google only if you want friends, groups and leaderboards.
• No ads. No trackers. Your data is never sold.
• Delete your online account any time from inside the app.

Great for
• A push-up challenge with a friend, a team or the whole office
• Building a daily habit with streaks and reminders
• A quick chest workout at home: pushups train your chest, shoulders, triceps and core
• Beginners counting their first ten, and regulars chasing a new record
