hice is the all-in-one business app with an AI assistant for people working in professional services: consulting firms, IT services companies and independent professionals. Open the app and just talk in the chat: the assistant doesn't wait for your commands, it comes to you — it reminds you of hours to log, flags pending approvals, suggests the right candidates for an open role and keeps clients, expenses and tasks in order.

Proactive AI assistant
At the heart of hice is a smart chat that works with you on everything: it logs your hours while you describe them, warns you about deadlines and timesheets awaiting approval, looks up a candidate, prepares an expense report, opens a client record. Ask in plain language — or let the assistant suggest your next move.

Working hours and automatic approvals
Log hours for employees and contractors in a few taps, or simply dictate them to the chat. Every timesheet follows an automatic approval flow based on your org chart: the request reaches the right manager, who approves it or sends it back with a notification. Attendance, overtime and timesheets always tidy and ready for invoicing.

Recruiting and selection
Manage every open role: candidates, CVs, skills and progress in a single pipeline. The AI assistant helps you read CVs, summarise profiles and keep the status of each selection up to date.

Matching candidates and roles
hice connects your clients' open roles with the most suitable candidates: match percentage, overlapping skills and availability, so you put forward the right profile in less time.

Client and contact database (CRM)
A simple CRM for companies, contacts and opportunities: all your client information always with you, recalled by asking the chat a question.

Expenses from a photo of the receipt
Take a photo of receipts and invoices: hice automatically reads the amount, date and supplier and fills in the expense report for you. Submission and approval straight from the app.

Calendar and mail connected
Connect Google or Microsoft and manage your calendar and email inside hice: meetings, reminders and messages in the same place where you work, kept in sync automatically.

Team chat with your colleagues
Direct messages and group channels to talk to colleagues without leaving the app: share documents, attach files and stay aligned with the whole team.
