Rulebook is a money governance platform that helps groups, organizations, and businesses manage shared money with clarity, control, and accountability.

Instead of relying on spreadsheets, chat messages, personal M-Pesa accounts, and manual records, Rulebook gives teams a structured system for managing how money is collected, allocated, spent, and accounted for.

Manage shared money

Create wallets and accounts for different groups, projects, departments, or purposes. Keep money organized around the activities it is intended to fund rather than mixing everything into one account.

Control spending

Define budgets, spending rules, and approval workflows. Give the right people access to initiate, approve, or execute transactions while maintaining clear separation of responsibilities.

Track every transaction

Rulebook creates a record of financial activity so your team can see where money came from, where it went, and what it was used for. Transactions can be linked to the relevant wallet, budget, vendor, project, or request.

Make payments easier

Connect your financial workflows to payment infrastructure such as M-Pesa and other supported payment providers. Move from an approved financial request to an actual payment without losing the context around the transaction.

Manage vendors

Create and manage vendor records, invoices, payment requests, and related transactions. Your team can keep vendor obligations organized and maintain a clear history of payments.

Build accountability into the workflow

Rulebook is designed around a simple principle: money should move according to defined rules.

Instead of asking who has the money or searching through old conversations to understand what happened, teams can use Rulebook to establish who can request money, who can approve it, where it should come from, and what happens after payment.

Designed for groups and organizations

Rulebook can support a wide range of shared-money scenarios, including:

Community and investment groups
Teams and organizations
Projects and initiatives
Businesses with multiple departments
Clubs and associations
Events and fundraisers
Organizations managing multiple budgets or funds

Whether you are managing a small group fund or coordinating financial activity across an organization, Rulebook provides a central place to organize the entire money lifecycle.

One system of record

Bring financial requests, approvals, budgets, payments, vendors, and transaction records into one system.

Rulebook helps organizations replace fragmented financial processes with structured, auditable workflows—giving everyone involved a clearer understanding of how money is managed.

Rulebook: money moves by rules, not guesswork.
