Halmos is an emotional fitness app for heartbreak.

Heartbreak can rewrite your days. The sleeplessness, the spirals, the memories, the “why” you cannot stop asking. Halmos gives you a quiet place to write through it, with tools built with input from psychologists to help you notice what is actually happening underneath.

Write or speak whatever you need to put down. Halmos helps you reflect on your emotions, defenses, anxiety signals, and inner strength, so heartbreak becomes something you can understand, not just survive.

With Halmos, you can:

• Bury memories, words, or feelings you are ready to release with your own symbolic tombstone
• Watch your tombstone grow as you keep showing up for yourself
• Journal through heartbreak, confusion, sadness, anger, guilt, shame, longing, and self-blame
• Use voice notes when writing feels too hard
• Add photos to remember, release, or reflect
• Get AI-powered emotional reflections based on your own words
• Understand your emotional patterns, defenses, and anxiety signals
• Notice common defenses like overthinking, numbing, acting fine, romanticizing, dismissing, or attacking yourself
• Build your Heart Strength through consistent emotional check-ins
• See a global map of broken hearts and feel less alone
• Connect with the Heartstrong community through shared stories, roses, and care
• Receive small hopeful reminders when you need them most

Your private journal stays private. We do not sell your data, ever. If what you write suggests you may be in real danger, Halmos gently points you toward professional support. It never blocks you from writing.

Halmos is built with input from psychologists, but it is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health support. It is a non-clinical emotional fitness tool designed to support self-reflection, emotional awareness, and resilience.

Halmos is free. Heartstrong, 59 DKK/month or local equivalent, unlocks AI-powered insights on your entries and patterns over time. Cancel anytime in Settings. 18+ only.

Whether you are newly heartbroken, still carrying an old relationship, or simply trying to understand yourself better, Halmos helps you return to yourself.
