Before you build, find out what your idea needs to prove.

Anything lost can be found, except time wasted. Killgate helps solo founders test a startup or business idea against real evidence before spending months or money on an MVP.

Killgate is not a cheerleader. Tell it your idea and it looks for the reasons it could fail. It runs live market research and tells you plainly what the evidence says, including what it doesn't know yet.

HOW IT WORKS
1. State the bet: who the buyer is, their problem, and your offer.
2. Killgate finds the assumption most likely to sink the idea.
3. Read the evidence: competitors and alternatives, signs of real customer pain and demand, and a read on pricing and positioning, with sources cited.
4. Get a clear GO, PIVOT, or KILL call, plus the fastest honest next test.
5. Changed the idea? Run fresh research on the new version and keep the decision history.

WHAT YOU GET
• Your buyer, problem, and offer written down clearly
• The riskiest assumption behind your idea
• What existing competitors already do
• Customer pain and demand evidence, with source trails
• Contradictions and unknowns kept visible, not smoothed over
• A pricing and positioning read
• A GO / PIVOT / KILL decision and next step, such as talking to real buyers

WHO IT'S FOR
• First-time and solo founders deciding whether an idea deserves an MVP
• Founders thinking about a pivot
• Product consultants and small teams who need an evidence trail they can explain

WHY KILLGATE
A polished pitch can make an uncertain idea feel settled. Killgate keeps the question, the sources, the contrary signals, and the next test in view. Public research can point you to the next test. Buyer conversations and payments still have to be earned, and Killgate tells you so.

HONEST LIMITS
Killgate can't promise a business will succeed or fail. Its reports are a decision aid to use alongside your own judgment, real customer conversations, and professional advice where it matters.
