Mackros is meal planning with the tracking built in.

Tell it your goal and your numbers. It plans a week that matches them, finds and adapts recipes to fit, sends the groceries to your cart, and logs what you eat without a separate tracking step. One app instead of a planner, a tracker, a recipe site and a shopping list.

PLAN A WEEK THAT MATCHES YOUR MACROS
Set your goal (lose, maintain, gain, or build) and Mackros sets your protein, carbs, fat and calories. It builds a week of meals that hit those numbers and fit your life: how many nights you want to cook, how long you have, what you like, what you're allergic to, what's already in your pantry. Swap any meal. Describe one in your own words and it writes the recipe.

ANY RECIPE, MADE TO FIT YOU
Found a recipe you want, from a friend or the community? Add it as is, or tap "Make it fit my profile" and Mackros adapts it to your macros, your diet and your allergies, then recomputes the numbers. Meal-prep mode plans one big cook day and portions the week.

GROCERIES, CUSTOM-FIT, NOT BOXED
Your week becomes a shopping list with what your pantry already holds subtracted, grouped by aisle. Send it straight to your Kroger cart, or shop it anywhere. It's the meal kit idea without the box: your recipes, your macros, your store.

TRACKING THAT TAKES CARE OF ITSELF
Cooked a planned meal? It's logged, with its real macros. Ate something else? Say it: "two eggs and toast" to the app's mic, or scan a barcode, or search packaged and restaurant foods. Your day shows as clear rings for protein, carbs, fat and calories, with room that adjusts to your activity from Health Connect.

NO JUDGMENT, BY DESIGN
No red numbers. No streaks to protect. No foods labelled good or bad. Treat meals are on the plan, on purpose. Off-plan days get a plan for tomorrow, not a lecture.

COOK TOGETHER, SHARE WHAT WORKS
Add your partner or household: vote on the week, split the cooking, shop from one list, see each other's day. Follow friends, share the recipes you actually make, join a group, plan a potluck. Kids can join as helpers with age-appropriate jobs.

LEARN AS YOU GO
A short, evidence-based note each day connects what you ate and how you slept to what you're seeing on the scale, and suggests one thing to try. Information, not homework.
