BigClock is a simple full-screen digital clock. It shows the current time in very large digits with the date underneath, on a pure black background, and keeps the screen on while the app is open. There is nothing to set up: no account, no sign-in and no internet connection.

WHAT YOU GET
• Very large digits that fill the screen in portrait and in landscape, with the weekday, day, month and year below
• 12-hour or 24-hour time: BigClock follows your phone's setting. Tap anywhere on the screen to switch to the other format; in 12-hour mode a small AM/PM marker is shown
• Seconds shown in smaller digits next to the time. Press and hold anywhere to hide or show them
• Full-screen mode without the status bar and navigation bar. Swipe from the edge of the screen to show them briefly
• Pure black background and one amber color, which is gentle in a dark room. The clock moves by a few pixels once a minute to help avoid screen burn-in

FOLLOWS YOUR DEVICE
BigClock reads the time, the time zone and the language from your phone every second. If you change the time, the date or the time zone while the app is open, the display follows. The digits and the date use your language, including right-to-left languages such as Arabic.

GOOD TO KNOW
• The screen stays on only while BigClock is on the screen. When you leave the app or lock the phone, normal screen timeout applies again.
• BigClock is a clock display only. It has no alarm, no timer, no stopwatch and no widget, and it does nothing when the app is closed.
• Your 12/24-hour and seconds choices are kept only while the app is open and are reset to the phone's settings the next time you start it.
• Support for large text sizes: the date wraps and shrinks to stay readable.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
BigClock works fully offline. It has no account, no ads and no analytics. It does not use your location and does not request the internet permission or any other permission. It does not collect any data and saves nothing on your device.
