Start in a garage with one GPU and your own small AI model. Serve clients, earn your first revenue and grow a data center that can train increasingly capable versions of your model.

Your model has a history — every reply it has given — and each new version learns from all of it. Choose where and on how many units to train the next version: its size and score are shown before you start and match the result exactly. Units in training stop serving clients while the rest keep earning, so you decide how many to give to training.

Client orders give you choices. Rent out equipment, or let your model complete a company order: it pays more than a rental and adds to the history, but needs a high enough place in the model rankings. Order cards show what your own model would earn on the same units, so you can compare before you commit. A taken order can't be cancelled and finishes even while you're away.

Growth needs more than hardware. Plan power, cooling and space; hire engineers, research improvements and add shift managers. Each shift manager adds half an hour of revenue collection while you are away, up to eight hours. Taken orders, training and history keep going without you for up to seven days. When you return, one screen with a timeline shows what the shift earned, which orders finished, which versions came out and how much the history grew.

Four tabs keep the next decision close: Earn, Model, Shop and Company. Follow the Next step card or explore orders, training and upgrades yourself. Build your reputation, climb the model rankings against ten fictional AI labs and complete 18 campaign projects across six chapters. An investment round resets money, hardware and staff for an income multiplier, while your model, its history and research stay. AGI is a level your model can reach through training, and three more chapters open after it.
