Shiren is a quiet, focused tracker built around the 75 Hard challenge — 75 days of holding six daily pillars without missing one.

It's offline-first. Everything works on the plane, in the gym, in the woods. Nothing depends on a network. Account and cloud sync exist only for people who want them.

THE SIX PILLARS
• Two workouts a day — at least one outdoors
• Follow a diet you committed to
• 1 gallon of water
• 10 pages of non-fiction reading
• A daily progress photo
• Show up — every day, for 75 days

THE VITALITY INDEX
Each day you complete the pillars, you accumulate a Vitality score. Above 60 = day held. Miss a day, the challenge resets. No streak-saver toggles, no excuses. That's the whole point.

THE VAULT
A private photo journal of every day you showed up. View it as a 3-up grid, a horizontal timeline, or as a before/after slider that you can drag through your transformation.

THE FORGE
A clean grid for the day's six pillars. Tap to complete. Hold to add detail. No notifications spam. No streak-bait. No social feed.

WHAT YOU GET, FREE
• Full offline tracking of all 75 days
• The complete Vault, on-device
• Local analytics on your Vitality history
• Daily reminders if you want them

PAID TIERS
• Challenger — cross-device sync of your task and challenge data, so your progress survives a phone change.
• Master — everything in Challenger, plus encrypted backup of your progress photos to private cloud storage.

Both are optional. The free tier is fully usable on its own — no nag screens, no locked core features.

PRIVACY-FIRST BY DEFAULT
Your habit data lives on your device unless you opt in. You can delete your account, all synced data, and every cloud-stored photo from inside the app in two taps. Local-only Vault deletion is separate, so you can wipe the device copy without ever touching your account.

Designed for people who want a tracker that gets out of the way.
