Make mornings a little more you.

UP brings wake-up missions, focus sessions, movement and a gentle cloud world into one daily routine. Set your wake-up time, choose a task that suits you, and turn small actions into progress.

WAKE UP WITH A PURPOSE
Choose math puzzles, memory patterns, typing, step goals, camera-tracked push-ups, safe-object photo missions, or your saved QR/barcode. Pick a built-in alarm tone or import a playable audio file from your phone. An emergency stop and alternative tasks are available when needed.

MAKE ROOM FOR FOCUS
Create a study, deep-work or reading session, choose a duration and ambient sound, and take a timed break. Optional Android Focus Shield uses AccessibilityService to identify apps you choose and return you to the Home screen during an active session. It does not read screen text, passwords or messages. You control whether to enable it.

MOVE AT YOUR PACE
Track steps with your phone's pedometer, set an adjustable goal and optionally record a route while Move is open. Body details are optional; suggested goals are not medical advice.

UNWIND AND REFLECT
Explore sleep sounds, a bedtime journal and routine trends. Start an optional overnight session to estimate possible snoring and quiet, low-movement periods with your phone's microphone and motion sensors. Audio is processed on the device; no recordings or clips are saved or uploaded. These estimates do not measure sleep stages or diagnose sleep conditions.

SMALL WINS, SHARED ENERGY
Follow daily challenges and guided paths. Collect XP and cloud-world looks, or connect with friends through private Circles for text chat, shared plans and text milestones. Image and voice-message sharing are not supported. Online features need an internet connection.

YOUR WORLD, YOUR CHOICES
Choose cloud-inspired themes, a glass or solid navigation style, and the permissions for the features you want. Current core features are free with advertising, and rewarded ads are optional for cosmetic unlocks. Complete the verified 30-day consistency challenge to earn 30 ad-free days; a missed day restarts the next challenge.

UP is a general wellbeing and productivity tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice or concerns about your sleep. Alarm delivery depends on device settings, permissions, volume and power. Use a separate backup alarm when waking on time is essential. Do not use movement or camera missions while driving or in unsafe situations.
